On the Fence About a Job Offer?

A client wrote me between sessions regarding a job offer he was weighing. It was reasonably early in our engagement and he was still in the process of refining the criteria against which he would evaluate opportunities.

Analytical by nature and wanting a structure to think-through this offer, I shared with him the following HBR article that you may also appreciate.

I love the systematic, scorecard approach and also the consideration of intangible aspects of a job such as autonomy, collegiality, prestige and purpose.
